Death Toll Rises to 4 in Plant Explosion

A 22-year-old plant worker hospitalized with severe burns since an explosion at a medical supply factory in Kinston died, bringing the death toll from the blast to four.
Federal investigators were still trying to determine the cause of the explosion Wednesday, but have said it could have started with dust generated in the rubber-making process.
