Chandler Services Set

Services for former Santa Monica Municipal Court Judge Joseph W. Chandler are scheduled for 1 p.m. March 1 at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, 17114 Ventura Blvd., Encino, said his daughter, Julie Chandler. The retired judge died Thursday of pneumonia at age 86.
