Suspected Bank Robber Who Killed Self Named

Authorities Friday identified the suspected bank robber who tried to elude Irvine police by driving the wrong way on Interstate 5 as Clifford Jerome Marks, 34, of Los Angeles.
Marks stole $8,000 from a Wells Fargo Bank on Barranca Parkway on Thursday, then led police on a chase that reached speeds of 120 mph before fatally shooting himself, officials said.
