Landlord Accused of Peeping Via Videotape

A 22-year-old homeowner has been charged with 54 misdemeanor counts of peeping for allegedly secretly videotaping tenants who had rented a room in his house.
Authorities allege that from February through May, Nicholas Moore taped three tenants and 22 guests as they used the restroom, changed clothes, showered and engaged in sex at the home in the 7200 block of Ramona Avenue. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department began its investigation of Moore in June.
