Ivory Coast Embassy Damaged in Fire

A two-alarm fire severely damaged the Embassy of the Ivory Coast, but the building was empty at the time and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the blaze, which was reported just before 8 p.m, was not known. Flames burned through the roof of the three-story Victorian mansion in a blaze that a Fire department spokesman termed “devastating.”
