D.A.’s Wife Lied to Get Drugs on Court Plea Day

On the same day that Bryanna Jagels pleaded no contest to drug and prescription fraud charges and expressed relief that she would avoid jail time, she lied to get prescription drugs, court documents show.

Farrell added that he would ask a judge today to increase bail and to order that Bryanna Jagels receive treatment in a secure in-house facility.
