If members of the Woodstock generation don’t already feel like museum pieces, they’ll have a new reason to do so: On June 19, the New York State Museum in Albany unveils a 35th anniversary exhibition exploring the celebrated “three days of peace, love and music.”
The centerpiece will be “Spirit of the Woodstock Generation: The Photographs of Elliott Landy,” featuring images captured by one of the festival’s two official photographers.
During its 2 1/2-month run, the exhibition also will feature concerts by several Woodstock performers, including Arlo Guthrie, Melanie, members of the Band, John Sebastian, Country Joe and members of the Fish.
