Simi Woman Hurt in Crash Dies

A Simi Valley woman has died of injuries she suffered in a traffic accident this week.
Joanne Novak, 46, died Thursday afternoon at Simi Valley Hospital. The crash occurred about 7 a.m. Wednesday on the Ronald Reagan Freeway east of Stearns Road in Simi Valley, authorities said.
Novak was stopped in traffic when another vehicle struck her vehicle from behind, authorities said.
