Gunmen Steal Van Full of Assault Rifles

Armed men stole a van with assault rifles from a Brazilian air force armory in Rio de Janeiro, and police found antitank rockets in a slum -- more signs that the city’s drug gangs were expanding their arsenals.
Two weeks ago, police discovered an arsenal in another shantytown that held eight land mines and about 100 grenades.
