Troops Oust Refugees From Camp in Darfur

For the second time in a week, Sudanese government troops took steps to forcibly remove residents from a displaced persons camp in the Darfur region, U.S. State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said.
The action occurred hours after the Sudanese government signed agreements on security and refugees with a group that had been fighting the Sudanese government for almost two years.
Boucher urged the Sudanese government to permit the voluntary return of those who had been removed.
