Judge Dismisses Case for 1 Man Accused in Slaying

A judge Monday dismissed the murder case against one of two men accused in the fatal shooting of the half-sister of tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams.
A jury on Friday deadlocked 9 to 3 in favor of acquittal for Aaron Michael Hammer, 24, in the killing of Yetunde Price last year.
Robert Edward Maxfield is charged with firing the fatal shot. He is to return to court Monday for a hearing.
