Diversified, Coventry Buy Buena Park Mall

Developers Diversified Realty, an owner of 460 shopping centers in the U.S., and Coventry Real Estate Advisors acquired a 1.1-million-square-foot retail property in Buena Park for about $91 million.

The purchase includes Buena Park Mall, a 782,000-square-foot enclosed mall that is anchored by Wal-Mart, Sears and Burlington Coat Factory stores, and Buena Park Place, a 208,000-square-foot open-air shopping center that includes Kohl’s, Circuit City and Office Depot stores.
