2 Hallelujah! The Welcome Table: A Lifetime of Memories With Recipes by Maya Angelou (Random House, $29.95) The poet shares memories of meals with relatives, friends and the famous and offers recipes for such dishes as smothered pork chops, cassoulet and menudo.
