Viacom’s Nickelodeon Realigns Management

Viacom Inc. unit Nickelodeon Networks realigned its senior management as part of a plan to consolidate its licensing and recreation businesses under Nickelodeon Enterprises.
Leigh Anne Brodsky, most recently executive vice president of Nickelodeon Consumer Products, was named president of Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products.
Al Weber, formerly president of Paramount Parks, will become president of Viacom Recreation, responsible for Paramount’s regional theme parks such as Universal Studios in Universal City and Florida.
Both Brodsky and Weber will report to Jeffrey Dunn, Viacom’s president of film and president of Nickelodeon Enterprises.
Shares of New York-based Viacom closed down 15 cents to $34.46 on the NYSE.
