Nightclub Owner Indicted in Deadly Fire

The owner of a Buenos Aires nightclub where a fire killed 192 people Dec. 30 was indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter in the country’s worst fire disaster in decades.
Omar Chaban could be sentenced to eight to 25 years if convicted. The judge who filed the charges also ordered a $19-million lien on Chaban’s assets.
