Police Seek Information in Fatal Motel Shooting

Police on Friday were seeking the public’s help in a fatal shooting at a La Habra motel.
Gilbert Christopher Rodriguez, 32, of Lomita was shot at the Oasis Motel on Thursday about 4 a.m., police said. He later died at a hospital. The motel is at 1015 E. 3rd St. No arrests had been made as of Thursday evening, police said.
