* Alec Roldan, Riverside Poly: His second hit of the game, a single in the sixth inning, drove in the winning run in a 3-2 Ivy League victory over Riverside Arlington.
* Nick Giarraputo, Simi Valley: Had three hits, scoring two runs and driving in two, in a 5-2 semifinal victory over tournament host Santa Fe Springs St. Paul.
* Brett Stanley, Anaheim Western: His three-run home run in the top of the seventh inning provided the winning margin in a 6-5 victory over Orange in the La Palma Kennedy tournament.
SOFTBALL
* Jody Valdivia, Anaheim Canyon: Pitched a one-hitter with 18 strikeouts in a 3-0 nonleague victory over Dana Point Dana Hills.
BOYS’ GOLF
* Jake Sarnoff, Manhattan Beach Mira Costa: Shot a two-under-par 34 at Alondra Park Golf Course in a 185-197 Bay League victory over West Torrance.
