Update -- The Clippers, 3-0 for the first time since they won their first five games in the 1985-86 season, open a four-game trip after defeating the Timberwolves in overtime, 100-99, Saturday night in Staples Center. Sam Cassell, who scored 12 points Saturday on five-for-19 shooting, will make his first appearance in the Target Center since the trade last summer that brought him to the Clippers and sent Marko Jaric to the Timberwolves. Corey Maggette and Walter McCarty made the trip but are questionable for tonight’s game; Shaun Livingston is not with the team.
