Sizing up kitchen ambition

RE “Kitchen Accomplished” [Nov. 3]: Paula Wolfert’s kitchen is beautiful and your article interesting. However, I was affronted to read that she felt she “deserved” her big kitchen, no matter how many tiny kitchens she’s cooked in around the world. Most of us have cooked in tiny kitchens at one time. Wolfert is darn lucky that her own kitchen dreams were able to be fulfilled so grandly.
