Re “Youths Speak Out About Life on Skid Row,” Nov. 11
It’s outrageous that we allow kids on skid row to live in horrible living conditions with no place to play, no sports and no chance for a good education.
We helped victims of Hurricane Katrina, yet we don’t help those in our own backyard. Shame on the city of Los Angeles!
