* A California judge ruled that he would abide by a jury’s decision requiring Toshiba Corp. to pay $465.4 million to Lexar Media Inc. in a trade secret case.
* Boeing Co. said it planned to deliver 96 of its 787 Dreamliners in the first two years of production of the new aircraft. The Chicago-based aircraft maker has so far received 273 orders and commitments for the 787, its first all-new aircraft in 15 years.
