So now that a federal appeals court has ruled Friday that the president can hold “dirty bomb” suspect Jose Padilla indefinitely without being charged, can I also be held indefinitely without being charged? And you, too?
Sept. 17 is Constitution Day. I think President Bush and company have now ripped that document to shreds.
