From Times Wire Reports
Recently released images of a pizza deliveryman who robbed a bank and was then killed by a bomb fastened around his neck in 2003 suggest that he was unaware of any threat to his life, the FBI said. Authorities are unable to say whether Brian Wells was a willing participant or a victim. The bank surveillance photographs show Wells, 46, of Erie, in the PNC Bank at Summit Towne Centre near Erie on Aug. 28, 2003. When the device exploded, he was sitting handcuffed in a parking lot.
