Richardson says ’08 decision near

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said that he would decide next month whether to form an exploratory committee and begin a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.
“I’ve got to make a decision in January,” he said in a speech on immigration at Georgetown University. He called Georgetown “a sort of testing ground” for potential candidates.
