Re “1 Killed, 50 Hurt in County Jail Race Riot,” Feb. 5
Jody Kent, jails project coordinator for the ACLU of Southern California, states, “It’s imperative [inmates] get every opportunity to have some release from the conditions they’re living in and the stress they’re under on a day-to-day basis.”
I have a solution: Don’t kill anyone. Don’t rob anyone. Don’t beat anyone up. Don’t steal any cars. Don’t sell any drugs.
Following these simple rules will prevent you from having to live under these deplorable conditions.
