Child Molester Gets Mandatory Life Term

A convicted child molester appearing in a Baltimore courtroom became the first person in the country to receive a mandatory life prison sentence under a new federal sex offender law, according to federal prosecutors.
Judge Marvin J. Garbis ordered James A. Reigle, 46, of Harrisburg, Pa., to spend the rest of his life behind bars for sexually exploiting boys into posing for photos and then posting the illicit images online.
An FBI agent working in Maryland discovered some of the images after receiving a tip.
