8 Soldiers Arrested in 10 Police Deaths

Colombian authorities arrested eight soldiers on suspicion of killing 10 anti-drug police officers last month, an incident first described as an accident.
Investigators said there was evidence that the soldiers charged in the May 22 deaths in Valle province were in the pay of right-wing paramilitary militias that smuggled cocaine.
