Wet Seal Chairman Steps Down; CEO to Take Job

Teen apparel retailer Wet Seal Inc. said Henry D. Winterstern resigned as chairman, citing commitments to other business endeavors, but would continue to serve as a director.
Joel Waller, the Foothill Ranch-based company’s president and chief executive, was appointed to replace Winterstern.
