Maoist Group Suspected in Blast That Kills 23

Maoist militants are suspected of triggering an explosion near a truck jammed with passengers in central India, killing 23 people and injuring 30, police said.
The blast occurred near Darpaguda in rural Chattisgarh state, said Girdhari Naik, a state inspector general of police.
