Jury Recommends Life for Killer of Model

A Superior Court jury recommended life in prison without possibility of parole Tuesday for a Burbank man who posed as a photographer and killed an aspiring model in Angeles National Forest 14 years ago.
Jurors deliberated 2 1/2 days before recommending a life sentence over the death penalty for David Rademaker, 42.
Rademaker was convicted Feb. 15 of first-degree murder with a special circumstance that the crime was committed during a kidnapping. He is scheduled for sentencing on March 30.
