Isiah Thomas, president of basketball operations for the New York Knicks, put aside a scouting trip to Europe on Monday after being summoned by owner James Dolan for a meeting Tuesday in Memphis, Tenn., with Coach Larry Brown and other team executives, the Newark (N.J.) Star-Ledger reported.
There were no indications that Thomas’ job was in jeopardy, the newspaper said. The Knicks, who play tonight in Memphis, are 15-41 and have lost 20 of their last 22 games.
Dolan is expected to address the state of the team this week.
