Boeing’s CEO Earned $28.8 Million in 2005

Boeing Co. paid Chief Executive James McNerney $28.8 million in salary, bonus, shares and other compensation for 2005.
McNerney, who took over as CEO in July, received $841,346 in salary, a bonus of $2.3 million and restricted stock valued at $25.3 million, Boeing said in a regulatory filing. McNerney’s stock awards replaced what he would have received as CEO of his previous company, 3M Co.
