Service like that, who needs frills?

IN April, we flew Southwest Airlines from Ontario to Houston on a flight that arrived about 4:40 p.m. We were leaving the next day on a seven-day Caribbean cruise from Galveston, Texas. Just before we arrived in Houston, we realized we had left our passports at home. The cruise line said we needed either the passports or birth certificates or no cruise.
Several overnight-delivery companies we called said they did not deliver on Sunday. I went to one of the Southwest gates in Houston and talked with Tara Vian. Tara contacted Mary O’Connor in Ontario and handed me the phone. Mary suggested that if we had someone bring the passports to her, she would ship them on the last flight out of Ontario.
Later, as we were happily holding our passports, Mary called to make certain we had received the package. We’d again like to thank Tara and Mary.
