Broadway bound: With Darwin’s theory of evolution a hot topic, a revival of the famed 1955 play “Inherit the Wind” will be mounted on Broadway next spring, with Christopher Plummer set to star as Henry Drummond and Brian Dennehy as Matthew Harrison Brady.

Wilson remembered: The Kennedy Center in Washington plans to do staged readings of all 10 plays in August Wilson’s 20th century cycle in the spring of 2008. The playwright died last year.
