Review of Taser use after death

Canada ordered a review of Taser use after graphic video showed police officers using the stun guns against an unarmed Polish immigrant, who died soon afterward.
The video, taken Oct. 14 by a bystander, showed Robert Dziekanski shrieking in agony when he was hit at Vancouver International Airport. Officers could then be seen kneeling on him.
The video, released this week, cast doubt on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police account of the incident, which said officers fired after Dziekanski became abusive.
Dziekanski flew to Canada to live with his mother in British Columbia. She was waiting for him in another part of the airport when he died.
