* Toronto 4, at Atlanta 2: Mats Sundin scored his 13th goal and Nik Antropov had two assists to help the Maple Leafs end a four-game losing streak. The Thrashers’ Ilya Kovalchuk scored his NHL-leading 20th goal.
* at N.Y. Rangers 4, at N.Y. Islanders 2: Chris Drury had a goal and an assist and the Rangers beat the Islanders for the first time in four games this season.
* Boston 4, at Florida 3: Defenseman Zdeno Chara scored two goals and the Bruins won for the sixth time in eight games.
* Nashville 6, at Ottawa 5: Martin Erat scored with 22.2 seconds left and the Predators handed the Senators their fifth straight loss.
* at Detroit 4, Tampa Bay 2: Jiri Hudler had a goal and an assist for the Red Wings. The Lightning lost its fifth in a row.
* at Vancouver 2, Columbus 0: Roberto Luongo made 26 saves for his third straight shutout, setting personal and franchise records for the Canucks.
