Talks have stalled, Bhutto says

Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto said that power-sharing talks with Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf had stalled, but she planned to return even without a deal. The opposition leader said in London that talks were at a “standstill” because members of the ruling party objected to working with her Pakistan People’s Party, the main opposition group.
