Knicks surprise Magic

New York 105, at Orlando 95: Al Harrington scored 27 points, Wilson Chandler had 22 and the Knicks dealt a crushing blow to Orlando’s hopes of getting the Eastern Conference’s second seeding. The Magic is two games back of Boston with three to play and the Celtics own the tiebreaker.
at Atlanta 122, Indiana 118: Josh Smith scored 30 points and Joe Johnson had 24 to help the Atlanta Hawks clinch the fourth spot in the East. Al Horford finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds as the Hawks earned home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs. Indiana was eliminated from playoff contention.
at Detroit 100, New Jersey 93: Will Bynum scored 20 points and Rasheed Wallace had 15 as the Pistons clinched a playoff spot.
at Boston 105, Miami 98: Paul Pierce scored 21 of his 28 points in the second half, including the go-ahead free throws with 97 seconds left.
Washington 100, at Toronto 98: Caron Butler made a jumper at the buzzer to give the Wizards a victory. Antawn Jamison had 24 points and 12 rebounds and Butler scored 21 points for the Wizards, who nearly blew a six-point lead in the final minute.
at Memphis 106, Phoenix 89: Rudy Gay and O.J. Mayo scored 20 points apiece, and the Grizzlies ended a 10-game losing streak against the Suns.
at Oklahoma City 84, Charlotte 81: Kevin Durant had 20 points and 10 rebounds, and the Thunder knocked the Bobcats out of playoff contention in the home finale of their first season in Oklahoma City.
at San Antonio 105, Utah 99: Tony Parker scored 31 points and the Spurs shook off their funk long enough to push the Jazz into the eighth spot in the Western Conference, which would mean a first-round matchup against the Lakers.
at Dallas 100, New Orleans 92: Josh Howard and Dirk Nowitzki each scored 25 points and the Mavericks held off a late rally led by Chris Paul for a victory that left the teams tied for the sixth seeding in the West.
Houston 113, at Golden State 109: The Rockets shot 50% and got 28 points from Luis Scola. The Warriors used only seven players and got 18 points from Ronny Turiaf off the bench.
at Portland 106, Lakers 98: The Lakers really don’t want any playoff games in Oregon.
