A man with a history of psychological problems killed his mother Sunday in their Chatsworth home, police said.
The man, who is in his early 20s, was taken into custody after his father and brother returned from church to their home in the 22000 block of James Alan Circle to find the mother with multiple stab wounds.
She died at the scene, police said.
