Update: The offense-challenged Kings ended a four-game losing streak with a 5-2 road win Tuesday over Minnesota. It was their highest-scoring game since Dec. 11 and surpassed their goal total of the previous four games combined. Anze Kopitar’s power-play goal ended an 0-for-26 stretch with the man advantage. Colorado’s Ryan Smith and Milan Hejduk each scored his 300th career goal Sunday against Calgary. They lead the Avalanche with 16 and 15 goals, respectively.
