Charlotte Cotton, a British curator who has led the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s photography department for the last two years, is joining the staff of the National Media Museum in Bradford, England.
As creative director of the museum’s planned expansion in London, she will play an active role in establishing the new space and shaping its exhibition program.
Cotton came to LACMA after 12 years of curatorial work at the Victoria & Albert Museum, followed by a period of organizing projects at smaller institutions in London and New York.
