A shooting early Sunday left one man dead and two others critically wounded, sheriff’s officials said.
The incident occurred at about 12:30 a.m. in the 7000 block of Compton Avenue. All three men, described as adult male Latinos, were taken to a hospital, where one was pronounced dead.
The two other victims were in critical but stable condition. The identities of the victims were not released.
Authorities had no information about suspects or the circumstances of the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.
