School vouchers: The headline on an article in Wednesday’s Section A about school vouchers in Washington, D.C., said the vouchers were going to “lose funding.” In fact, as the article said, a provision in a spending bill headed for President Obama’s desk said that no funds would be appropriated for the program after the 2009-10 school year unless Congress reauthorized it and the District of Columbia Council approved it.
