at No. 24 Houston 55, Memphis 14: Case Keenum threw for 405 yards and five touchdowns in just more than two quarters, and the Cougars (9-2, 5-2) beat the Tigers (2-9, 1-6) in a Conference USA game. Keenum set a school record for career touchdown passes with 94, surpassing David Klingler’s 91.
In other C-USA games: Brynn Harvey ran for 129 yards and three touchdowns to lead host Central Florida (7-4, 5-2) to a 49-0 win over Tulane (3-8, 1-6). . . . Brian Anderson threw two second-half touchdown passes to freshman Aaron Dobson to lead host Marshall (6-5, 4-3) to a 34-31 win over Southern Methodist (6-5, 5-2). . . . Dwayne Harris caught eight passes for 108 yard and two touchdowns, including a kickoff return for a score, to lead host East Carolina (7-4, 6-1) to a 37-21 win over Alabama Birmingham (5-6, 4-3). . . . Charles Ross rushed for three touchdowns and host Rice (2-9, 2-5) forced six turnovers in a 30-29 win over Texas El Paso (3-8, 2-5). . . . In Mid-American Conference games: Matt Brown ran for 156 yards and two touchdowns, and Delano Green had two scores to lead host Temple (9-2, 7-0) to a 47-13 win over Kent State (5-6, 4-4) and a share of the Eastern division crown. . . . In games involving Sun Belt Conference teams: Levi Brown threw for a school-record 477 yards and host Troy (8-3, 7-0) clinched at least a share of a fourth straight conference title with a 47-21 win over Florida Atlantic (3-7, 3-3). . . . Dwight Dasher threw four touchdown passes to lead host Middle Tennessee State (8-3, 6-1) to a 38-14 victory over Arkansas State (2-8, 1-5). . . . Backup quarterback Brad McGuire rushed for two touchdowns to lead Louisiana Lafayette (6-5, 4-3) to a 21-17 victory over Louisiana Monroe (6-5, 5-2). . . .
