at Cal State Fullerton 84, New Mexico State 73: Aaron Thompson tied his career high with 22 points, Jacques Streeter had 20 points and 10 assists and the Titans (3-0) overcame a 25-3 deficit. Fullerton trailed, 37-33, at halftime.
Cal State Northridge 76, Coastal Carolina 69: Willie Galick’s 26 points and 10 rebounds helped the Matadors (2-3) to a consolation bracket win in the NIT Season Tip-Off at Bowling Green, Ky.
at Tulsa 79, Loyola Marymount 65: Drew Viney scored 18 points and Kevin Young had 14, but the Lions (2-4) fell to the Golden Hurricane (5-0).
at Eastern Kentucky 67, UC Irvine 57: Mike Wilder scored 18 points, but the Anteaters (2-3) never led against the Colonels (3-1). Justin Stommes scored 21 points for Eastern Kentucky.
