Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill
Hyper-intense native-U.K. celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was put on this earth (or at least in Vegas) to create an authentic English pub experience, and he’s succeeded wildly with GR Pub & Grill. Of course, being Gordon Ramsay, his beer-friendly pub staples — ale onion soup, shepherd’s pie and Yorkshire ale batter fish and chips — are leagues above your average English fare. The vibe, too, is Blighty-done-better, with dark woods, televisions housed in faux British telephone booths, wait staff dressed in retro-punk outfits, and the pièce de résistance, a 20-foot-tall wall of kegs — a touch that’s more British than the Queen Mother.
