It’s no Graceland, but the Beverly Hills home shared by Elvis Presley and wife Priscilla is hardly a jailhouse either.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom French Regency estate, seated on a 1.2-acre promontory with city-to-ocean views of Los Angeles, is now for sale at $12.995 million, according to real estate website Trulia.
The gated, 5,367-square-foot property is in a quiet cul-de-sac of Trousdale Estates and bears the ZIP code 90210. Built in 1958, it was until recently leased out for $20,000 a month.
Buyers will have to shell out $2,421 for each square foot. The house features a pool and spa, floor-to-ceiling windows, glass walls and an attached guesthouse with a four-car carport. The entry gate is covered with handwritten Elvis tributes from fans.
Coldwell Banker real estate agent Jade Mills holds the listing.
