NBA’s Mitch Richmond lists Calabasas estate at $9.5 million

Former pro basketball shooting guard Mitch Richmond has put his Calabasas estate up for sale at $9.495 million.
The sprawling Mediterranean-style mansion has nearly 13,000 square feet of living space and sits on 2.25 acres with a basketball court, a swimming pool, a barbecue center, a fireplace, a fire pit and lawns. Custom built in 2006, the house features a game room, a sports bar, a theater, a library/office, a wine cellar/tasting room, a gym, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Richmond, 47, started his NBA playing career with the Golden State Warriors in 1988 and ended it in 2002 with the Los Angeles Lakers. He is now back with the Warriors as a scout.
He bought the site in 2004 for $1.7 million.
