‘Glee’s’ Naya Rivera sells house in 90210 for $1.93 million

Naya Rivera, who plays a cheerleader on “Glee,” has something to cheer about herself. She just sold her home in the 90210 ZIP Code for $1.93 million.
The contemporary, which was listed at $2.1 million, includes a library with a wet bar and kegerator, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,949 square feet of living space. She bought the property in 2012 for $1.475 million, remodeling it and redoing the swimming pool, irrigation systems, landscaping and lighting.
Rivera, 26, has played cheerleader Santana Lopez on the musical comedy-drama since it started in 2009. She is dating rapper Big Sean.
Yolanda Rivera of Keller Williams’ VIP Properties represented her daughter. Andrew Belcher of Keller Williams’ Beverly Hills office was the listing agent.
