Jeff Franklin’s Sunset Strip-area home for sale for $6,495,000

Jeff Franklin, who produced such TV hits as “Full House,” “Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper” and “Malcolm & Eddie,” hopes to score a hit on the sale of his Sunset Strip-area house, now listed at $6,495,000.
The walled and gated private site is being sold for land value, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The current house on the property is a tear-down with three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 3,027 square feet. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has city views.
Franklin also worked on “Laverne & Shirley,” “Gimme a Break!” and “Bosom Buddies.”
Josh Flagg of Keller Williams Realty Westside and Brendan Fitzpatrick of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, co-listed the property, according to the MLS.
